Hailey Bieber Showed Off Her New Mink Hair Colour In The Cutest 90s Hairstyle
Not that it was a competition - but when it comes to the battle of the lockdown hairstyles, Hailey Bieber would be up there. I'm gonna call it.
For most people, maintaining blonde hair (and the root regrowth that comes with it) was a nightmare during lockdown as salons remained closed to control the spread of the virus at its peak.
But while resting in place throughout spring and early summer, Hails allowed her golden blonde hair to grown out, masterfully growing her roots into a borderline ombre vibe.
And it's becoming clear that embracing her roots was a good shout, as she's now somehow been able to mix two ultimate trends - mink hair colour and honey-blonde - by letting her natural mousey tones peep through, and allowing her platinum shades to warm up a little.
We're not sure if Hailey has been making trips to see colourists since lockdown was eased - she tagged hair stylist Amanda Lee in later instagram stories featuring her locks thrown up into adorable pigtails, so we assume she's been enlisting the help of the experts to turn her roots into this masterpiece.
It also goes without saying that Hailey's hair is so multi-dimensional that it tends to look wildly different in different lighting, so at this point we have no idea what her current resting-shade is.
Safe to say, the fans are impressed with Hailey's current look, with flame emojis being plastered in the comments section left, right and centre (including a very appreciative response by MUA Katie Jane Hughes).

...and here's Hailey demonstrating the trickery that takes place when hiding darker roots with cleverly-placed ponytails and pigtails - can we just appreciate how blonde the lengths suddenly look? The woman's a magician, I swear.
Anyway, I'm off to painstakingly brush my own roots into pigtails in the hope that I, too, can style out my "I'm still waiting for my hair appointment" roots like HB.
