Hailey Bieber Flexes Her šŸ”„ Core In New Holiday Snaps On Instagram

Hailey Bieber just posted an unofficial throwback photo and her core looks so strong. The model, 25, posed in a colourful bikini paired with a body chain and bucket hat. In another photo, Hailey can be seen on a surfboard with her friend Kelia Moniz.

Hailey didn't exactly tag a location, but she did give fans a small hint by captioning her post, 'šŸŒˆ.' Hawaii vibes, anyone? It was reported that Hailey and her husband Justin Bieber jetted off to the island on the first week of the new year, so it wouldn't come as a surprise if this was from their getaway.

Her followers were quick to show their love with one fan saying, 'There she is šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„.' Another commented, 'šŸ˜šŸ˜ stunning!! šŸ˜šŸ˜'

If you're wondering how Hailey got her core of steel, it's because fitness has always been a part of her life. While most people know her for her modelling, she actually used to be a ballet dancer but stopped due to a foot injury.

Now, Hailey does Pilates regularly to bring her back to her dance roots. She previously shared on the Womenā€™s Health Going for Gold podcast that she does Pilates to get in touch with her inner ballerina. '...Pilates for me gets my body personally in the best shape because itā€™s very elongating,' she said. 'A lot of the movements in Pilates are very similar to dance...I think that's why I identify with and like it so much.'

In the same episode, she also added that she's big on boxing and will often go to the gym a few times a week for cardio and weight training to keep a clear mind.

Hailey also follows a diet that works for her body to maintain her strength. Her go-to breakfast includes eggs, oats, or a smoothie. For lunch, she reaches for meals that are more protein-heavy. She told Elle US in 2016 that she prefers to eat salads, fish, or grilled veggies.

And as for the occasional treat, Hailey goes with whatever feels right. '...the first thing that I crave, I'll eat. That's my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I'm gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I'm gonna eat it. If I want fries, I'm gonna eat the fries.'
