Flavoured gins are a wonderful thing. Saying that, all gins are wonderful things, aren’t they?

We’ve had some cracking flavoured gins coming out of the woodwork recently, including Co-op’s pineapple and coconut gin, a range of sherbet gins, a bright blue bubblegum gin, and of course, a pink lemonade gin from Hooch.

But we’re not here to talk about any of those – we want to tell you about Greenall’s new gin, which is… drum roll please… black cherry flavour!

Yup – Greenall’s gin now comes in black cherry flavour, and we can’t stop daydreaming about all the fancy cocktails we’ll be making with it!

The new gin adds a load of juicy, sweet notes of black cherry to the classically crisp, juniper-forward Greenall’s gin.

As well as using this to make wonderful cocktails (erm, black cherry martini, anyone?!) this would be delicious simply served with tonic water, ice, and a few cherries for garnish.

The Greenall’s Black Cherry joins Greenall’s other hugely successful flavoured gins: Greenall’s Wild Berry, Blueberry and Blood Orange & Fig.

Talking about launching the new flavour, Greenall’s global marketing manager at Quintessential, Stacey Kong said: “Our consumer research found that gin drinkers crave familiar flavours, and Black Cherry really appealed to them but wasn’t readily already available on the market.

“This is the first black cherry flavoured gin that will be available to the public, and we are confident it will do well.”
