The Great British Bake Off series 12 winner Giuseppe Dell'Anno has announced the release of his first cookbook.
Dell'Anno managed to beat the competition to take home the 2021 trophy, and this book marks one of the beloved baker's first ventures since being crowned the champion of the Channel 4 series.
To announce the news, Dell'Anno took to Instagram to share his excitement and revealed that fans will be able to get their hands on over 60 of his favourite family baking recipes.
"Big news! I can finally announce that my first cookbook, Giuseppe's Italian Bakes, is coming out this Autumn!" he said. "If I'm honest, I cannot believe that this is really happening, and I'm still in disbelief while I'm writing this… somebody pinch me, please!!!
"I've collated for you over 60 of my favourite family home bakes, from timeless rum baba to my signature focaccia, and I have unleashed my most-accurate-self to give you detailed, step-by-step recipes, including all the tricks that I have learnt over time.
"You can pre-order now via the link in my bio, with signed copies available online at @waterstones."
He went on to share that more details about the book will be revealed soon, including its cover.

The Great British Bake Off airs on Channel 4 in the UK. In the US, it's known as The Great British Baking Show, and streams on Netflix.
