You will need…

For the pizza:

Wholemeal pitta, 1

Mozzarella, 20g, grated

Spinach leaves, 5

Red pepper, ¼, chopped

Chorizo slices, 3

Cooked Ham, 1 large slice

Dried parsley

For the pesto:

(Makes 5 portions)

Sundried tomatoes, 100g

Olive oil, 1tbsp

Tomato purée, 1tsp

Dried basil, 1tsp

Garlic powder, 1tsp

Salt and pepper, sprinkle

Don’t shun bread. Wholegrain pitta boasts the B Vitamin Thiamine, helping protein metabolism for increased muscle growth, as well as making red bloods cells to carry oxygen to your muscles to stop lactic build-up. Save time and toast the pitta until lightly crisped, while you add all the pesto ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly for an even consistency.

Method
