Traci Braxton passed away in March 2022 after a battle with cancer at the age of just 50. Traci was part of reality TV family The Braxtons and the sister of 'Un-Break My Heart' singer Toni Braxton. Naomi Judd
Naomi Judd shot to fame alongside her daughter Wynonna as part of 80s music duo The Judds. They are best remembered for their country hit 'Love Can Build a Bridge'. In April 2022 - after years of suffering from various mental health issues - Naomi sadly took her own life at the age of 76. Wynonna made the decision to carry on with their planned reunion tour, but said: "Can't quite wrap my head around it and I don't know that I ever will. Dame Olivia Newton-John
Dame Olivia Newton-John cemented herself in Hollywood history when she starred as Sandy Olsson in the 1978 musical movie 'Grease' opposite John Travolta as Danny Zuko. Olivia enjoyed a glittering career in both movies and as a singer over six decades. In August, following a 30-year battle with breast cancer, she passed away at the age of 73. Travolta led the tributes to her. He said: "My dearest Olivia, you made all of our lives so much better. "Your impact was incredible. I love you so much. Aaron Carter was the teenage pop star who shot to fame in the early 2000s with hits such as 'I Want Candy' and dated fellow teen idols Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan. But after years of struggling with addiction and various personal issues, he was found dead in November at the age of 34 in his bathtub. Aaron - who was engaged to Melanie Martin at the time of his death and had 12-month-old son Prince with her- was remembered by 'Lizzie McGuire' star Hilary as having a "charm that was absolutely effervescent."© BANG Showbiz - 7/11

Irene Cara became one of the biggest stars of the 1980s when she starred in - and sang the theme tune to - the 1980 musical movie 'Fame'. In November she passed away at the age of 63. Dame Angela Lansbury
Dame Angela Lansbury will forever be remembered by generations of children as Miss Eglantine Price in the 1971 Disney fantasy 'Bedknobs and Broomsticks'. She teamed up with Disney once again to voice Mrs Potts in classic animation 'Beauty and the Beast'. And no one will ever forget her portrayal of amateur detective Jessica Fletcher in the long-running series 'Murder, She Wrote.' Tom Parker shot to fame as part of five-piece boy band The Wanted in the late 2000s and enjoyed global success with hits like 'Glad You Came' and 'All Time Low'. In October 2020, the tragic pop star was diagnosed with stage four glioblastoma around the time his wife Kelsey was due to give birth to their second child. In his final 18 months, Tom managed to find the strength to reunite with bandmates Jay McGuiness, Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, and Nathan Sykes to stage a reunion concert and follow-up tour. Coltrane passed away in October at the age of 72 after suffering multiple organ failure. Remembering Coltrane, 'Harry Potter' creator J.K Rowling said: "I’ll never know anyone remotely like Robbie again. He was an incredible talent, a complete one off, and I was beyond fortunate to know him, work with him and laugh my head off with him. Undoubtedly the biggest loss the world experienced this year that of Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away "peacefully" at the age of 96 following an historic 70-year reign. Just months after she celebrated her Platinum Jubilee, the monarch passed away in September and her son King Charles - formerly known as Prince Charles - acceded to the throne. In his first public address since becoming monarch, he said: "Thank you for your love and devotion to our family, and to the family of nations you have served so diligently all these years. “May flights of angels sing thee to thy rest."
