Is there going to be a season 3 of Next in Fashion?

We could not be more excited for the return of Netflix's fashion competition series Next in Fashion, that sees a group of aspiring designers compete for $200,000. Hosted by Tan France and Gigi Hadid, the series has everything we want in a competition show - inspiring fashion, a tense contest and a bunch of incredible guests judges, yes Emma Chamberlain is set to make an appearance.

Season two is just about to be released worldwide (3rd March) and yet, we're already desperate to know if Gigi and Tan will return for a third season.

This is everything you need to know about a potential season three of Next in Fashion.

What is Next in Fashion about?

Next in Fashion is Netflix's fashion competition series which sees a group of aspiring designers compete for $200,000 and a deal with Rent The Runway.

Each episode sees the designers take on a new design challenge, often working in pairs to achieve the end result.

The show is hosted by Tan France and Gigi Hadid, who has taken over from previous host Alexa Chung.

Has Next in Fashion season 3 been confirmed?

Right now there's no confirmation Next in Fashion will be getting a third season, however that doesn't mean we should give up hope!

The show was initially cancelled after season one aired in early 2020, however in January last year Tan France confirmed the series would be returning for a second series.

In an Instagram post Tan shared a picture of himself with Gigi, captioning it: "Who would have thought when we met over Facetime 4 years ago (thanks @evachen212) that we’d be hosting NEXT IN FASHION TOGETHER! You read that right! The secret’s out. You better get ready, casting is now open."

When it comes to season three we'd imagine Netflix will see how viewers respond to the series before confirming the next.

Who will appear in Next in Fashion season 3?

If season three of Next in Fashion does get confirmed we'd definitely hope to see hosts and real life besties Tan France and Gigi Hadid return for another series.

Season two will feature a number of guests judges including Emma Chamberlain, Bella Hadid and the one and only Donatella Versace herself. Omg! Here's hoping a third season would feature just as iconic guests.

As it's a competition series, we'd be seeing a whole new group of contestants compete for the $200,000 prize if season three does get confirmed.

Is there a release date for Next in Fashion season 3?

Until season three of Next in Fashion gets confirmed by Netflix we won't know a release date.

However, we can look at previous release dates to give us more of a clue. Season two of Next in Fashion was confirmed in January 2022 and is releasing now in March 2023.

If season three were to follow a similar pattern we'd expect to see it around summer 2024.
