Good Morning Britain's Piers Morgan revealed his dismay at pals Lisa Armstrong and Ant McPartlin while hosting the ITV breakfast show on Tuesday (15 September).
The TV presenter jokingly referred to a recent photograph in the press which appeared to show his book The Insider discarded outside the home of Strictly makeup artist Lisa, along with other items she and Ant no longer wanted. Next to the possessions they were giving away was a sign which read: "Free... Please Help Yourselves."

And Piers was not best pleased the the former couple seemingly no longer need his book, airing his grievances to co-host Susanna Reid.
"Ant McPartlin's ex Lisa Armstrong – who is a wonderful make-up artist, she does my make-up on Life Stories. And I thought we were friends. I really did. I was quite friendly with Ant," the TV star explained.
"Terrible scenes in The Sun, 'ex clears out star's stuff. Ant McPartlin ex-wife left his unwanted stuff on the street for folk to take.' Apparently this is stuff that Ant himself didn't want back... His Newcastle shirts, I wouldn't want to keep them either. There’s all these things and in the middle of it, there's a copy of my book, The Insider."
Susanna announced: "There was outrage in my dressing room this morning," before Piers joked: "That's my book, lying in the street this morning. Lisa, have the common decency. At least put it somewhere where some newspaper can't photograph it lying in the street."
Charlotte Hawkins joined in on the joke to add: "And still no-one took it?"
"You literally can't give it away!" Piers quipped. Later on in the show, Piers revealed that Lisa had message him and apologised.
"I've had Lisa contact me," Piers disclosed."'Oh my god, I'm so sorry, I wasn't even there. I haven't even seen that book. Are you mad at me?' Yes -– I am mad at you. No, I just want my book back!"
Meanwhile, Lisa has had a good start to the week after launching her makeup range with Avon on Monday (14 September).
The new range also includes foundation, concealer, mascara and liners, with prices starting at just £8.
An Avon spokeswoman announced: "Lisa's partnership with Avon is the exciting co-creation of her new professional make-up collection following Lisa’s 20 years in the beauty industry.
"Lisa's lipsticks are named after close friends that are independent women who have supported and inspired her."
