Glastonbury Festival enthusiasts, get ready to explore. The event has just dropped the latest version of its map for this year's extravaganza, a whole month before the party starts. Revealed on the festival's official website on Thursday, May 23, the map offers a sneak peek at what's new and different for the 2024 festivities.

But, keep in mind, there might be a few tweaks here and there leading up to the actual festival days. The eagle-eyed team at Glasto Fest Feed has given the fresh map a once-over, comparing it to last year's layout and pointing out some significant updates.

Wave goodbye to Arcadia's legendary giant spider stage this year, it's all about a dragonfly, and the space itself seems a tad more compact than before.

Over at Silver Hayes, you'll notice the BBC Introducing tent has shuffled over a bit, and the Wow stage has made way for something brand spanking new called 'Assembly'. Plus, there are fresh markers for The Information, Firmly Rooted Soundsy, and The Hive, reports Wales Online.

And there's more: Woodsies is debuting a stage dubbed 'The Tree', which Glasto Fest Feed describes as "A new outdoor venue, set beneath an oak tree decor canopy, zeroing into the immersive, ambient and experimental."

For the seasoned Glastonbury goers, one of the most striking changes is the no-show of the Rabbit Hole in The Park area. It seems to have been swapped out for two fresh stages or tents, hinted at by a pair of blue dots on the map.

Festival-goers heading to the South East Corner of Glastonbury will find a new access route via Avalon, and a fresh stage popping up at Shangri-La, known as Arrivals. In 2023, attendees noticed a significant change with the removal of the Row Mead campsite, situated opposite the Pyramid Stage. This area was fenced off last year to create additional space for spectators during Elton John's set.

A new family-friendly camping spot, Ash Tree, has been introduced, conveniently located next to the Cockmill Meadow Family Campsite.

The festival map is packed with all the necessary details you'll need to navigate your way around the grounds, including car parking and campervan zones, first aid tents, water points, toilets, and more.

Glastonbury Festival is making its grand return to Worthy Farm next month, kicking off on Wednesday, June 26 and wrapping up on Sunday, June 30. This year's headliners include Dua Lipa (Friday), Coldplay (Saturday), and SZA (Sunday), with Shania Twain gracing the stage for the Legend's Tea Time slot.
