Glasgow train services cancelled as fire breaks out at station
Train services between Glasgow and Ayr have been cancelled of revised due to a fire.
ScotRail has announced that a property near Ayr train station has went up in flames, cause travel disruption.
According to the company, Glasgow Central to Ayr services now start and terminate at Kilwinning.
There have also been replacement buses put in place as firefighters are on the scene.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed that they were called at 5.37pm to the Station Hotel in Ayr and 13 fire trucks are on the scene.
A spokesperson said: "Crews are working to extinguish the fire. There are no injuries reported."
