The author, podcaster and wife of McFly’s Tom Fletcher is rumoured to be taking part in the show, which this year, thanks to the pandemic, is taking place at Gwrych Castle in Wales rather than the Australian jungle.
Giovanna, 35, has written nine novels, two baby books, and hosts the Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast. The show hit headlines last year when she interviewed The Duchess of Cambridge about motherhood, in a world exclusive.
This year's I'm A Celeb is due to start on 15 November for three weeks. The contestants are reported to be self-isolating for a fortnight prior to arriving at the show's new location in Wales.
We have approached ITV for comment.
Here’s the rest of the rumoured line up so far:
Broadcaster Victoria Derbyshire
After her show was axed earlier this year, the unstoppable Victoria has been throwing herself into new challenges - so could this be her next one?
Presenter Vernon Kay
Mr Tess Daley could be back on primetime TV once more - he's currently fronting Formula E racing on Channel 5.
Coronation Street legend Beverley Callard
The acting icon was an integral part of Corrie for 30 years until 2019, when she left to pursue new projects. However her time on I'm A Celeb could be in jeopardy for two reasons: recent hip surgery, and her poorly pooch Norman. We'll have to wait and see.
Olympian Sir Mo Farah
The multi-gold medal winning runner and the most successful British track athlete in modern Olympic history is on the rumoured contestant list too. He'd follow in the footsteps of fellow sportspeople Rebecca Adlington, Linford Christie, and Sam Quek.
West End star Ruthie Henshall
The stage veteran could soon be swapping musicals for Bushtucker trials.
Singer Russell Watson
The opera star admitted last month on Steph's Packed Lunch that a few weeks in the Welsh countryside for a six-figure fee 'would be lovely'.
Eastenders icon Shane Richie
Last but by no means least, the man behind Alfie Moon and the Daz doorstep challenge may be going to the castle.
I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here is due to start on 15 November on ITV
