Gigi Hadid shares adorable photo of baby Khai with auntie Bella Hadid
Gigi Hadid shared a summer photo dump on her Instagram last night, and it’s brightened up our Tuesday because her daughter Khai was featured in not one, but two of the snaps.
Gigi and Zayn Malik like to remain pretty private, only revealing Khai's name four months after her birth, but they do share sweet photos of their 10-month-old from time to time.
The latest shared by the model is a black-and-white snap of sister Bella Hadid lifting Khai about her head, showing her the beautiful New York skyline in the background, and what an adorable snap it is. That’s one for the family album, surely?
This is the first time Gigi has shared a photo of her sister with Khai, giving us all a glimpse of the pair's adorable aunt-niece bond.
The 26-year-old has always chosen to keep her daughter’s face hidden for privacy. Earlier this month, she shared an open letter on her Instagram Story, asking paparazzi, press, and fan accounts to respect her decision to hide her identity. She wrote:
“You know we have never intentionally shared our daughters face on social media. Our wish is that she can choose how to share herself with the world when she comes of age, and that she can live as normal of a childhood as possible, without worrying about a public image that she has not chosen."
She continued: "It would mean the world to us, as we take our daughter to see and explore NYC, and the world, if you would PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE blur her face out of the images."
Imagine Gigi and Zayn as your parents and Bella as your auntie?! I think we can all unanimously agree that Khai is one lucky baby.
