Gemma Atkinson shares adorable photos with Mia and Thiago
Gemma Atkinson has taken to social media to share some adorable family photos alongside her daughter Mia and baby boy Thiago on Sunday (17 September).
In one of the photos, the new mum is seen holding her son Thiago in her arms while her daughter Mia is holding her baby brother's hands.
In the second snap, Gemma shared a sweet photo of her husband and Strictly's Gorka Marquez with their daughter Mia.
To caption the cute snaps, Gemma wrote: "Yesterday with my babies 🥰. Still in those postpartum massive knickers I told myself I’d only wear for 3 weeks. Week 9 tomorrow 😂 they just too damn comfy!"
After giving birth to her second child only two months ago, the star has been very open online to her fans about her life post postpartum.
This includes posting about her body image after having a baby and how she has struggled to get back into exercising again.
Only last week, Gemma posted up a video of one of her recent workouts and made jokes in her caption about how hard it is to juggle looking after yourself while being a mum.
The star said in the caption: "It’ll be harder to juggle with two children, school runs, dog walks & Thiago BUT harder doesn’t mean it’s impossible. I take inspiration from all the mums juggling work, kids, schools etc… and I always remind myself, some people have 3 kids and 3 dogs so that would be harder 🤣 I love a challenge though, especially against myself so bring it on! 💪🏼😎"
