Gabrielle Union, 49, posed totally nude and WOAH

Gabrielle Union has talked a lot about prioritising herself and her wellness this summer. And now, the 49-year-old is here with a naked pic and a vital, incredible message about self-love.

In the pic, the Bring It On alum can be seen perched in a chair while totally naked, with her arms and legs strategically placed to cover up certain areas. Her arms, legs—everything—are glowing and super toned. TBH, Gabrielle just looks really peaceful.

'Naked & Unafraid. The Rebirth Will Be GLORIOUS 🖤,' she wrote in the caption. Gabrielle then thanked actress and activist Lauren London. 'You showed up like the angel you are and dropped some knowledge & love on me that has changed the course of my life,' she said.

'Won’t He do it. 💫🙏🏾👑 PSS THANK YOU to everyone who has taken the time to pour into me these last few months as I’ve struggled mightily. THANK YOU!!!!!' she added.

And Gabrielle's friends and fans were totally there for her. 'Listen. The fact that you'll be 50 in a couple of months blows my mind. Beautiful, inside and out. ❤️,' one person wrote. 'Beeeeeeeeautiful🔥,' another said. Oh, and her husband left a simple yet adorable ❤️ on her post.

Gabrielle also posted on her Instagram Story about the importance of good mental health (preach!), and two weeks ago, she posted a video of herself dancing in a bikini alongside the message, 'Gettin’ stronger. Havin’ more joy. Creating more boundaries. Prioritising my peace. Minding the business that pays me.'

Gabrielle hasn’t really shared details about why she’s been struggling lately, but she has been open about her workouts. In late June, she dropped a video of herself working out with her husband Dwyane Wade in a gym, including sweet snippets of the two of them dancing between reps.

'How I stay motivated 😵💫🫠🖤 My favourite workout partner @dwyanewade 💪🏾😜,' she wrote in the caption. 'I promise you can pick the music next workout 🥰😂🤣PS: This is us at 630am.'

Just before that, she shared a video of herself running on a treadmill and working her way through a slew of exercises like push-ups with a resistance band, squats, and shoulder strengthening moves.

Back in 2017, Gabrielle told Women's Health US that she was really into Pilates. 'The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings,' she said. 'It's for the greater good. My body responds to it, and I'm also more clear.'

Recently, she’s been big into breaking up her workouts to keep things fresh. 'I like to mix it up so I don’t get anxiety staring at the treadmill,' she told WH in 2020. 'Cardio could be jumping jacks, running up my driveway, side shuffles like I used to do in basketball, an elliptical, treadmill, or sled pushes.'
