Pizza lovers are in for a real treat as sourdough pizza specialists, Franco Manca, has just launched a range of ready-made, cook-at-home pizzas to elevate your next pizza night.

The new range, which is available across the UK and exclusive to Tesco stores, costs £5.75 per pizza, and initially included five exciting flavours to pick from but the brand has just announced that it's celebrating its 15th Birthday in style, with the addition of two brand new pizza's to the line up and they sound incredible.

First up is what they're calling the reverse margherita pizza which is topped with basil pesto and yellow marinated semi-dried tomatoes, bechamel sauce, mozzarella, and an Italian tomato sauce to drizzle over just before cooking.

The second - and the one we're dying to try next is their halloumi, chargrilled peppers & chilli-infused honey pizza. This is an at-home version of the popular halloumi pizza No.3 which they offer in its restaurants.

The pizza's are made with a 100% Grano Tenero flour base (just like the 00 flour you would typically use for homemade pasta), and the dough has been naturally proved, hand stretched and stone baked in a beech & oak wood-fired oven in Italy for an authentic finish.

The pizzas are then topped with a sauce which has been produced in the heart of Northern Italy, using 100% Italian tomatoes, and lightly seasoned with basil, followed by an array of high quality ingredients, ready to cook in only nine minutes.

● Butternut squash, stilton, and pumpkin seeds

● Fennel sausage, chargrilled red pepper, and mozzarella

● Quattro formaggi with balsamic glaze

● Spicy salami, fried onion, honey infused chilli

● Spiced beef meatball, red onion, and pecorino

David Page, Chairman at Franco Manca, said: “We know our customers have been eager to add Franco Manca to their weekly shop for a while now and are so happy to give the nation more ways than ever to enjoy our pizzas. Whether you’re new to our unmistakable sourdough or have been dining with us since we opened in Brixton back in 2008, we’re so glad to finally bring our range of meaty and vegetarian options to Tesco stores for all to enjoy."
