Former girlfriend of Tiger Woods seeks to nullify NDA

NBC reports that Erica Herman, a former girlfriend of Tiger Woods, has filed court documents looking to nullify a signed nondisclosure agreement. Lawyers for Herman argue that federal law prohibits an NDA from being enforced if sexual harassment or assault are involved. On March 9, Herman filed the complaint in a Martin County, Florida, circuit court. According to the court filing, Herman , "is unsure whether she may disclose, among other things, facts giving rise to various legal claims she believes she has".
