Forever Style Icons: A Peek Inside The Wardrobes Of Diana, Margaret And The Queen

When news broke last month that dresses worn by Princess Diana, the Queen and Princess Margaret were set to be displayed in an iconic exhibition at Kensington Palace, we were ever-so-slightly [read: ridiculously thrilled] excited by the prospect of drooling all over the exquisite frocks donned by some of Britain’s most fashion-forward royals.

After all, Princess Diana was known for her enviable wardrobe, the Queen has always dressed impeccably for every occasion and Princess Margaret was quite possibly the most style-savvy royal of all time.

And after perusing the items on display, we weren’t disappointed. Not one bit. The “Fashion Rules: Restyled” exhibition, which opens tomorrow, is busting with some of the trio’s most lust-worthy pieces - Margaret’s Dior scarves, Diana’s one-shouldered dresses and the Queen’s show-stopping gowns.
