Netflix is just the gift that keeps on giving. After confirming seasons four and five of Selling Sunset were happening *and* a Bling Empire follow up was en route, they've also announced a new reality TV series about estate agents in Florida. Incredible.

The new series comes from the creator of Selling Sunset, and the official synopsis reads:

"Along the Florida coast, Allure Realty stands out among the crowd. Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all Black, all female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast.

"These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate. Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won't let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality."

Sharelle added on Instagram, "I’m so excited to share that Allure Realty is filming a @netflix series from the creator of Selling Sunset. Can’t wait to bring you inside our lavish world of real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area. More soon!"

Incredible, right? Not much else is really known about the show (it doesn't even have a name yet), but one thing is for sure: we'll be lapping it up when it eventually is released.

Netflix also announced a new show from the creators of Bling Empire called My Unorthodox Life, with centres "around the personal and professional life of fashion mogul Julia Haart – former member of an ultra-Orthodox Jewish community turned CEO of Elite World Group."

It continued, "Since taking the reins of a global talent empire, Haart has been on a mission to revolutionise the industry from the inside out – all while being a mother of four. Her children include a TikToker, an app designer, a lawyer, and a high schooler torn between two conflicting cultures, and Haart helps them reconcile their Orthodox upbringings with the modern world."

Totally adding that to our must-watch list, too.
