Florence Pugh confirms she's in a new relationship as she addresses being 'bullied' over age-gap romance
Florence Pugh, the British leading lady known from We Live In Time, has revealed that she is in a new relationship. The talented actress, whose romance with Scrubs star Zach Braff was highly publicised until they parted ways in 2022, opened up about finding love again in a new interview.
Speaking to British Vogue, 28-year-old Florence confirmed that she was in a relationship and added that, "something that I resonate with is that I believe that if magic is real, then it's falling in love." Despite opening up about her romance, the Don't Worry Darling star remained quiet as to the identity of her mystery partner.
"We are figuring what we actually are. And I think for the first time, I'm not allowing myself to go on a roller-coaster. I'm allowing myself to take time to let something evolve and let it be completely real to its core, as opposed to racing into that," she added.

The revelation comes after Florence and Zach went their separate ways after two years together. During the interview, Florence got real about the pressures of dating in the limelight and explained that she had an innate desire to "want to protect" those she holds dear, reports the Mirror.
She continued: "I think for anyone I'm with, I want to protect them. It's not nice knowing that people are saying the worst things I've ever read about someone that I love." She also shone a light on her desire to have a family and explained that she'd wanted to have children ever since she was a child.
During their relationship, Florence and Zach faced comments about their 21-year age gap. In 2020, Florence addressed some of the "hateful" comments she received after sharing a post to mark the Scrubs star's birthday.
"It makes me sad that during this time when we really all need to be together, we need to be supporting one another, we need to be loving one another. The world is aching and the world is dying and a few of you decided to bully for no reason," she said.
"I'm 24-years-old. I have been working since I was 17-years-old. I have been earning money since I was 17-years-old. I became an adult when I was 18-years-old and I started paying taxes when I was 18-years-old. I do not need you to tell me who I should and should not love, and I would never in my life ever, ever tell someone who they can and cannot love. It is not your place. It has nothing to do with you."
