Fitness Influencer Jen Selter Issues Important Self-Love Reminder

Fitness model Jen Selter took to Instagram late last week to share an important reminder on self-love that we think is a great way to kickstart a Monday on a positive note.
The 30-year-old influencer posted a selection of images as she posed by an indoor pool in a light pink sparkly two-piece swimsuit. She held her hands across her chest in the first snap and showed off her toned abs in others.
“Your number one relationship is with YOU!” Selter wrote in her caption. “Dive into self-love and remember, happiness is an inside job. Others can add to it, but don’t depend on them to create it or you’ll end up disappointed. Find hobbies that you genuinely look forward to, because those are the ones that’ll light up your days :).”
Plenty of the model’s 14.1 million followers piped in to the comments section to provide complimentary feedback not only on her physique, but her inspiring words.

And when someone rudely commented, “That’s what most women tell themselves when they can’t find a partner,” followers quickly came to Selter’s defense. “To everyone reading this comment: Haters gonna hate, potatoes gonna potate, rotis gonna rotate,” one fan retorted. “You do you. 🤘.”
