First-time flyer gets on luggage conveyor belt thinking it will whisk her away to her plane
This is the hilarious moment a first-time flyer thought the conveyor belt at check in was there to whisk her away to her plane.
CCTV footage shows the woman walking directly from the check-in at Istanbul Airport in Turkey straight onto the luggage belt.
While on there, the commuter spotted a passing suitcase and seemingly works out that she may have gone the wrong way.
However, after walking onto the adjacent conveyor belt, the woman falls flat on her backside.

At this point, the two check-in attendants jump to their feet and stop the belt to stop any more mishaps.
The footage, that was taken at the brand new airport, quickly went viral.
One person asked: “Is this a shortcut to the plane?”, while another added: “I think travelling with the cargo is cheaper.”
The new Istanbul Airport, which opened in April this year, has an annual passenger capacity of 90 million.
