Fiji's Kaibu Island, once a royal retreat for Harry and Meghan, listed for £62.5 million
The paradise island where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly enjoyed a secret getaway is now on the market for a cool £62.5m. The listing, dubbed the 'Ultimate Package' by exotic property broker Vladi Private Islands, features Kaibu Island in Fiji's Lau archipelago.
The couple, fresh from their nuptials, were said to have spent a night at this tropical haven during a break from their 2018 Royal tour duties. The island boasts an 800-acre resort, three villas, an airstrip, an aircraft, a golf course, and uniquely, its own submarine from U-Boat Worx.
The operations on the island are solar-powered and adhere to organic standards, with a desalination plant providing potable water. There are also six miles of compacted aggregate roads, should you manage to transport a car there.

With the addition of the U-Boat Worx submarine and the Twin Otter aircraft, we are proud to present a package unlike any other on the market."
Roy Heijdra, Marketing Manager at U-Boat Worx, expressed his excitement about the collaboration: "We are thrilled to be part of this extraordinary offering. Our submersibles are designed to open up the wonders of the underwater world, providing an unparalleled combination of safety, innovation, and luxury."
He added, "With Kaibu Island as the ultimate base for exploration, this package sets a new benchmark for adventure and exclusivity."
Back in 2018, Hello! magazine reported that Harry and Meghan had enjoyed a stay at the ultra-luxurious Vatuvara Private Island resort on Kaibu during their first Royal tour. The couple's trip spanned 16 days across Australia, Fiji, Tonga, and New Zealand, where they completed a packed schedule of 76 engagements.
