The Harry Potter reunion special is finally here and, as expected, it's a truly magical treat.

Still, the 20-year anniversary episode (aka Return to Hogwarts) is not without an error or two, and fans have been busy pointing out some slightly awkward mistakes from the show.

First of all, viewers took to social media to share a hilarious mixup involving a picture of actress Emma Roberts being used instead of Emma Watson, who plays Hermione Granger. We were pretty baffled as to how it all came about, but it turns out the Emma-Emma confusion wasn't the only error to air during the episode.

Following the mistake, fans have spotted *another* identity mixup, this time concerning actors James and Oliver Phelps who play twins Fred and George Weasley in the Harry Potter films. You probably missed this one...

Like their on-screen characters, James and Oliver are actually twins IRL, with an error meaning they were labelled with the wrong names during the reunion show.

While the actors and characters were matched up correctly (James plays Fred, and Oliver plays George), captions actually labelled the twins the other way around. A quick look at the pair's Instagrams reveal that Oliver currently has short hair, while James' is longer, though the captions aired during the episode claim the opposite.

Slightly awkward.

Fans took to Twitter to point out the mistake, with one writing, "Anyone else notice how they have the names wrong for @OliverPhelps and @James_Phelps ??!?!?" Meanwhile, another added, "Why is no-one talking about how they messed up James and Oliver Phelps' names on the Harry Potter 20th anniversary? #ReturnToHogwarts".

However, in true Harry Potter style, it turns out all is not as it seems - and the apparent mistake may have actually been intended as a joke.

Oliver shared an Instagram post responding to the name switch, writing, "↔️ I guess after all those pranks over the years somebody decided to get their revenge 🤨🤣🤷🤪. It was fantastic to be part of the HP reunion. Hope you all enjoyed it. #ReturnToHogwarts".

Fellow Harry Potter star Tom Felton (who plays Draco Malfoy) also got in on the joke, commenting, "It was my doing :) #weaslebee #returntohogwarts 🐍 > 🦁". Meanwhile, Matt Lewis (aka Neville Longbottom), added, "This is legit hilarious. Dude. Wtf? Haha."

We love seeing this lot back together again.
