Millie Bobby Brown may be the star of hit TV shows like Stranger Things and popular films such as Enola Holmes, but, much like the rest of us, the 19-year-old also deals with relatable issues like skin problems.
The florence by mills founder proved as much with an Oct. 23 Instagram post, in which she shared a duo of photos of her complexion. In the first, Brown held her brown locks away from her face as she captured a profile selfie with her camera phone. She sported a full face of makeup and accessorized with diamond stud earrings. In the second snap, Brown offered up a close-up makeup-free car selfie that highlighted a breakout across her complexion.
“@florencebymills send help!” the actress pleaded in her caption.
Many of Brown’s 63.5 million followers piped in to the comments section to praise the Nineteen Steps author for normalizing common skin issues like acne.
“Love it,” Stranger Things costar and bestie Noah Schnapp wrote.
“love how you show off your acne,” a fan cheered. “it is normal and okay to get breakouts.♥️.”
“thank you for normalizing breakouts. ❤️,” someone else concurred.
“she makes me feel so comfortable to have acne i feel almost empowered and confident in my face bc I've learned that it truly is normal 🏻,” another follower noted.
“you are so beautiful with and without makeup, with and without pimples, you are perfect!! 💜,” an additional user added. “I love you so much! .”
“beautiful always! ,” the official florence by mills IG account gushed.
