Fans keep saying Kim Kardashian looks like she aged backwards in her latest Skims campaign
We’ve seen Kim Kardashian rock quite possibly ever kind of beauty look under the sun. From sultry mega contoured glam to vibrant party looks and everything in between. But now, it seems like the reality star is welcoming in a new beauty era – and it’s one that, surprisingly, sees her going a bit more au naturel.
In her latest Instagram post to promote the second drop of Fendi x Skims, Kim is rocking a much more natural-looking makeup look. In the pictures, she looks so different without a scrap of eyeliner defining her eyes.
Instead, Kim’s skin looks super fresh and healthy without much contour, blusher or highlight – three items that are usually a staple to any KKW look.
For the rest of her look, her eyes are kept very plain, with just coatings of mascara on her lashes. Her already-thick eyebrows seem to be filled in very slightly and her makeup artist, Ash K Holm, opted for a subdued nude lip.
When Kim posted pictures of the campaign, she was inundated with comments. Her younger sister Kendall Jenner wrote: “light glam baby face 🤍” and it seems a lot of her fans agree – this fresher makeup look makes Kim look a lot younger.
“It's like you're ageing backwards,” wrote one user.
While another added: “Sorry, how long ago was this pic taken????”
Even when Ash posted the pictures onto her own Instagram, similar comments came through.
One user wrote: “Her and North look like twins here😍 wow she aged backwards 👏”
While another commented: “Forever 15! She looks so good like this!”
Toss out your contour palettes, guys – looks like no makeup makeup is here to stay…
