Faith Hill and Tim McGraw's daughter Gracie has hopes of becoming a Broadway star after moving to New York City last year in pursuit of her musical dreams.

The 25-year-old has been wowing crowds with her spellbinding singing voice in recent weeks, but on Monday, the talented singer shared her sadness over "corrupt Broadway and Hollywood" in a candid message on Instagram.

"Not the industry continuing to champion people who exhibit bad behavior towards certain groups *cough cough*," she began.
"There are plenty of capable and willing actors who are nice people who work their asses off who never get the chance because of how corrupt Broadway and Hollywood are…. Just when we think it's changing a little, you dig deeper and you find out it really isn't changing at all."

Gracie didn't explain the reason behind her message, but it came just hours after it was revealed that Glee star Lea Michele is replacing Beanie Feldstein in the Broadway revival of Funny Girl.
Gracie shared a damning post on Instagram
American Crime Story star Beanie announced on Instagram on Sunday that she is stepping down from her role as Fanny Brice – made famous by Barbara Streisand – two months early after "production decided to take the show in a different direction".
Gracie's comment about "people who exhibit bad behavior" towards others could be referencing the controversy Lea found herself involved in back in 2020.
Lea came under fire following accusations made on Twitter by her former Glee co-star Samantha Ware, who said the actress made her life a "living hell" while working on the show.
Gracie hopes to be a Broadway star
"Remember when you made my first television gig a living hell?!?! Cause I'll never forget," Samantha replied to Lea when she tweeted about the devastating death of George Floyd at the hands of a police officer in Minneapolis in May 2020.
Samantha added: "I believe you told everyone that if you had the opportunity you would '[expletive] in my wig!' amongst other traumatic microaggressions that made me question a career in Hollywood."
