The sustainability buzzword has brought a new level of consciousness to many of us. By now, we are familiar with the idea of reducing our plastic consumption by bringing our tote bags to the supermarket, containers when packing hawker food, metal straws and keep cups to our favourite cafes.

Nike’s wide range of apparel marked “Sustainable Materials” is something I have my eye on. Apparels labelled as such are made from “at least 50% recycled content, and shoes with the same label are made from at least 20% recycled content by weight.” Not 100% recycled materials, but it's a start!

In the wake of Game of Thrones' departure from our TV screens, we can at least be comforted by the fact that the cast get together a lot. The likes of Emilia Clarke, Jason Momoa, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams and Kit Harington still hang out and, as a bonus for fans, regularly document these reunions on Instagram and social media. Blink and you could have missed it, but yep there was a Game of Thrones reunion at the 2020 SAG awards on 19th January.
