Ex Great British Bake Off contestant Ruby Tandoh has spoken to about the show, revealing she no longer watches it and saying it makes her feel "sick".

Ruby appeared on the competition back in 2013, making headlines again a couple of years later after some *very* public Twitter beef with GBBO's judge Paul Hollywood.

Now, Ruby has shared her thoughts on the show, and it's pretty brutal. Speaking on Elizabeth Day's How To Fail podcast, Ruby was asked whether she still watches the show, to which she replied: "No, not at all. No, I can’t. I appreciate it as a show, I think the format is clearly compelling, but no."

She continued, saying, "When I hear the little song, the little jingle at the start, I feel sick. I can’t have anything to do with it, I’m afraid."

Well, that's pretty final, then.

Ruby previously had some very public beef with Paul back in 2016, after it was revealed the judge had stayed with the show for its move to Channel 4, while Mary Berry and hosts Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc had quit.

Tweeting about Paul, Ruby wrote, "ahhhhhh a peacocking manchild lingering wherever the money is, i am shocked," in one of many heated Twitter exchanges between herself and the celebrity chef.

Discussing the argument now, Ruby said, "I don’t particularly lose sleep over that. I don’t think that he’s particularly hurt by that. I don’t think he’s very vulnerable to the judgment of others, so yeah, that I don’t feel too bad about."

Well, there you have it.
