Selling Sunset is finally back on our TV screens, with season five dropping on Netflix today [22 April.] And while there are, of course, impressive houses to boot, there's really only one thing fans are talking about: Jason Oppenheim and Chrishell Stause.

The Oppenheim Group owner and real estate agent revealed they were dating in July 2021, during a holiday to Greece. Chrishell later opened up to Cosmopolitan UK about their relationship the following November, gushing, "We became best friends before anything, and I’ve never had that before.

"We know everything about each other and tell each other everything. We’re silly and laugh a lot. I love that there’s no need to try and pretend to be the best version of yourself."

But sadly it wasn't to be. The pair broke up in December 2021, around six months after confirming their relationship, noting that their ideas on family were "not aligned."

Awkwardly for the pair of them, though, much of their relationship - including the big reveal during their Greek holiday - was filmed for Selling Sunset season five, and fans on social media can't get over it.

"I’m watching the new season of Selling Sunset and it’s so weird seeing Chrishell and Jason together lmao," one fan wrote, while another put, "A whole selling sunset season of Jason and Chrishell together, I’m gonna throw up."

A third added, "This is so awkward watching Chrishell get happy with Jason knowing they’re not together no more [sic] #SellingSunset."

Let's just hope Chrishell and Jason are in a good place!
