Everyone is saying the same thing about Olivia Colman's new crime series Landscapers

Olivia Colman can basically do now wrong, we all know that, but her latest series Landscapers seems to have particularly impressed viewers. The series is a dramatised version of the story of Susan and Christopher Edwards who were accused of the murders of her parents back in 1998. It's not been out long but fans are already taking to Twitter to make the same point about the show.

Landscapers explores the strange and sinister story of Susan (Colman) and Christopher Edwards (David Thewlis), a married couple who were accused of murder after the bodies of Susan's parents were found buried in the back garden of their Mansfield home back in 1998.

The series is both a black comedy and a true crime series, so it was always likely to be a bit of a big hitter. And just days after its release fans are already completely obsessed with the show, and unsurprisingly, they want more awards for Olivia Colman.

If Olivia Colman and David Thewlis being exceptional isn't enough to compel you, the series was actually written by Colman's husband Ed Sinclair, who recently told The Times that he wrote the part of Susan Edwards for Colman some four or five years ago.

You can watch Landscapers on Sky Atlantic and NOW.
