11 Beauty Brands Supporting Pride This Month

After a year of our make-up palettes gathering dust and no excuses to celebrate, we've been waiting in anticipation to don our most outrageously colourful looks and take to the streets to celebrate Pride. Not entirely surprisingly, it's been a mixed bag as to whether or not in-person events will take place in 2021.

One of the UK's biggest events, Brighton Pride, announced it wouldn't go ahead this year due to the pandemic's ongoing disruption, while other events such as London and Birmingham Pride have moved back to September.

Whether or not Pride looks a bit different to the usual celebrations this year, we're damned if we're going to let that stop us getting into the spirit and showing the love to our LGBTQ+ communities.

A growing number of brands are also stepping up to the plate to show their support. Performative social media posts no longer cuts it when it comes to showing solidarity, and thankfully more brands are putting their money where their mouth is by launching campaigns for Pride and donating money to important LGBTQ+ causes.
