Eva Longoria is giving us the early morning fitness motivation we needed.

On Thursday, the 47-year-old took to Instagram to share a video documenting her early morning workout with her more than 8.5 million followers. The "Desperate Housewives" actress hit the gym in a matching black set from Elite Eleven.

"Rise and grind," she captioned the clip, to which fans quickly responded with praise for being in such great shape, and thanked her for being an "inspiration."

"You look amazing, Eva! You don't look a day over 30. Such an inspiration. Love this!" one Instagram user commented.

"Get it, girl! I need you as my personal trainer got that energy and hard work pays off. You look great," another added.

One person chimed in: "Beautiful and strong!"

"Looking fit and fabulous. Hard work always pays off," someone else shared.

"Goals," someone else wrote.

"You look incredible," commented another.

Another fan penned: "This made me tired just watching, hahah. So impressive! This was just the motivation I needed to off the couch. You're in such great shape! I need to look like this at 47."

While speaking with Women's Health in January, the mom-of-one opened up about the unexpected way she keeps herself in tip-top shape: a mini-trampoline.

“I really work out for my mental health,” she said. "Ironically, bouncing on this trampoline is low impact, so you get a sweaty workout without all the pounding on your knees.”

The actress and producer revealed that she tries to fit in a workout five days a week, “if not every day.”

“It makes me present,” Longoria said. “You really have to focus on the routine and memorize the movements. They switch sides a lot, which can throw you off, so you have to be on top of it. I love that."
