We love it when actors have just as much of a connection in real life as their characters do on screen. And the latest pair to open up about their IRL relationship? Euphoria's Zendaya and Hunter Schafer, aka Rue and Jules.

Viewers have seen the characters' (arguably toxic and codependent) relationship develop throughout the series, but it turns out Zendaya and Hunter have a sweet special bond in real life too.

Opening up about their friendship in an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Zendaya, 25, revealed that she feels like a "big sister" to Hunter, age 22.

Discussing what happened when the pair met for the first time, Zendaya said, "Knowing that she was so young and so much of this was new to her, my thing was being as much of a big sister as I could."

Zendaya then went on to discuss the pair's off-screen friendship and how it takes priority over work, explaining, "What we do for a living is important, but the friendship we share is more important."

We're here for it.

And, just as you thought these two couldn't get any cuter, the interview also reveals Hunter's nickname for Zendaya, with the actress calling her co-star "Z". Cute!

On top of Zendaya's comments on Rules' relationship, Harper's Bazaar cover star Hunter added that she sees a lot of similarities between herself and character Jules.

She told the publication, "There's a lot of me in Jules. I do think blurred lines between an actor and a character make a deeper character. The work of an actor is trying to simulate a full life. Some people might say that doesn’t make me as strong of an actor, but … that’s how I learned. I’m still forming that process and also setting boundaries, which I didn’t have in season one."

Going on to praise Hunter for her performance, Zendaya added, "I remember watching behind the camera and knowing that something had clicked. She just took whatever pain she had, and she translated it into such a beautiful performance."

Here for this friendship tbh.
