Erm, A Doughnut Ball McDonald’s McFlurry Exists And It Looks Wild

·2-min read

Admittedly, now that the weather is positively Baltic, we’re less inclined to reached for frozen desserts. But we think we’d make an exception for McDonald’s Doughnut Ball McFlurry.

Yeah, you heard – a McDonald’s McFlurry stuffed full of fried cinnamon doughnut balls, hot fudge sauce and crushed cookie pieces exists and we’ve never been so happy and sad at the same time.

But why are we sad, you might ask. Well, we’re sad because the Doughnut Ball McFlurry is only, at this moment in time, available in Australia, and we all know that there is barely anywhere further away from us in the world.

But, if it makes you feel any better, the guys in Australia will only be able to get their lovely tanned hands on these exquisite McFlurries for a limited time, as McDonald’s Australia Instagram announced that they’ll be available to order for takeaway and delivery for just two weeks between 4th and 17th November.

If we start a petition to get this bad boy over in the UK, you all promise to sign it, right?

But, in the meantime, you could make a Doughnut Ball McFlurry at home yourself? At the beginning of the first Lockdown (eurgh), we shared the news that Cha Sampan had taken to Facebook to share how she’d been making McFlurries at home.

Cha was making cookies and cream flavoured McFlurries, but if you just grab some mini doughnuts and fudge sauce from the supermarket, you too could enjoy a Doughnut Ball McFlurry just like those pesky Aussies.
