Enjoy weekend of family farm-themed fun headlined by CBeebies favourite

CELEBRATE the arrival of spring with a weekend of family activities, performances, food and drink, and farmland experiences.

Bruntwood SciTech’s Alderley Park – in Nether Alderley - will be bringing back its Farm Weekend for 2023.

Home to a working farm, attendees will have the chance to be inspired by nature on April 15 and 16, with a packed schedule of farmland experiences; from tractor and donkey rides to outdoor sports.

Families can enjoy an array of fun-filled outdoor activities at the countryside event, including lamb cuddling, bushcraft, falconry flying displays, and interactive animal petting, with an array of farm animals including Shetland ponies and bunnies.

Those looking for adventure will be invited to enjoy outdoor sporting activities including obstacle courses with Everybody Leisure and archery sessions, as well as being encouraged to explore the scenic woodland paths at Alderley Park.

Headlining the programme is fan-favourite CBeebies nature show, Teeny Tiny Creatures, who will perform four thirty-minute shows over the weekend.

Led by trademark animal experts, Chantelle and Rory help children understand the vital role that the tiniest insects play in the wonderful web of life.

With more than 400 acres of green area to explore, and a wide range of locally-sourced food and drink available, Alderley Park Farm Weekend is suitable for all ages.

Farm Weekend tickets (morning and afternoon sessions available) are £8 per person with children under three going free.

Tickets include access to all activities and 50p from each ticket will be donated to the Cheshire Community Foundation charity.
