American Horror Story's Emma Roberts has confirmed her pregnancy and revealed the sex of the baby in an adorable Instagram post with partner Garrett Hedlund over the weekend.

The rumours began in June when Us Weekly was broke the news that the pair were reportedly expecting a baby. Shortly after, E! began reporting that Emma's mum Kelly Cunningham had confirmed the happy news on social media after fans rushed to congratulate her. "Thank you so much! Very excited," she's said to have replied to an Instagram user, before deleting her account altogether. Meanwhile Emma and partner Garrett remained tight-lipped at the time, neither confirming nor denying the rumours.

Then, over the weekend, Emma posted a series of pictures to Instagram showing her cradling her pronounced bump and cuddling up to Garrett. She also captioned the post, "Me...and my two favorite guys 💙💙," suggesting that the couple will be welcoming a baby boy.

Emma and actor Garrett, who dated Kirsten Dunst for four years before they split in 2016, were first linked in March 2019 when they were spotted holding hands in Los Angeles. Prior to that, Emma was dating and engaged to AHS co-star Evan Peters for seven years.
