For many of us, meeting a member of the Royal Family would be quite the OMG occasion. But, it seems when you're Hollywood royalty yourself, things couldn't be more different. Take Emily in Paris star Lily Collins for example, who recently revealed she wasn't *exactly* on her best behaviour when she met Princess Diana back in 1990. Yep, THE Princess Di.

Speaking on the The Late Late Show with James Corden this week, Lily opened up about her very first encounter with the world-famous royal, admitting that her two-year-old self had been a little (read: very) sassy.

Referencing a photo of the iconic moment, which showed Prince Charles and Princess Diana with Lily's parents, Phil Collins and Jill Tavelman, at London's Royal Albert Hall, she said: "I have been told that this is what happened."

"That's my mom and my dad and I, and it's at a Prince's Trust event and I'm giving Diana flowers, but the second that she went to take them, I then tried to pull them back," the actor said with a giggle. "So, as you can imagine, all the air was sucked out of the room. But then again, I was wearing a cute dress, so who's going to really punish me there?"

But, according to Lily, that's not the only time she's thrown a bit of shade at a royal. In fact, she threw something quite a bit heavier at Prince Charles during another meeting with the current heir to the throne.

"I was also told that when I was younger, I was playing with some toys with Prince Charles and I proceeded to kind of throw something at him, like, throw a toy telephone at his head. Which again, all the air was sucked out of the room," she recalled.

As for why she had so many encounters with the Royal Family (despite clearly not being the most obedient of children), the EIP star revealed it's all to do with her equally-as-famous father. "My dad did a lot of stuff for the Prince's Trust, and I grew up in England, you know, I'm British," she said. "[So] I just went along for the ride and I guess I had a tendency to do naughty things as a two-year-old."

Naughty things indeed, Lily.
