A WOMAN was seriously injured in a crash in a Hereford street.
Whitehouse Way in the Tupsley area of Hereford was closed for several hours on September 19, with a police cordon blocking off the road from both ends.
The road connects Whittern Way and Seaton Avenue.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said a blue Nissan Note had crashed with a stationary vehicle at around 2.45pm on September 19, with the Nissan driver suffering serious injuries.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson confirmed that crews were called to the street on Tuesday.
Paramedics were sent to the scene, where they found an elderly woman had sustained serious injuries after an incident when she was parking a car.
"The crew was told that the car started to roll backwards and unfortunately the woman fell out," the spokesperson said.
"She was treated at the scene and taken to Hereford County Hospital."
Officers who are investigating the crash are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, who has CCTV from the area, including any motorists on the road at the time with dash-cam footage.
