Elvis fans all shook up by rare snap of lookalike grandson

Elvis Presley may have been dead for over 40 years, but his legacy and looks live on in his grandson Benjamin.

Fans of rock and roll star - who passed away in 1977 - were taken aback when daughter Lisa Marie Presley shared a rare photo of herself with her four children - Riley Keough, 30, Benjamin Keough, 26 and twin daughters Harper and Finley Lockwood, 10 - on Twitter accompanied by the caption "Mama Lion with cubs".

They're a charming brood, but the suspicious minds of Elvis fans think Benjamin looks like The King reincarnated. With his dark hair, perfectly straight nose, and smoky, brooding eyes, he could easily pass as Elvis impersonator.

"Your son is the image of your dad, lovely family photo," replied one of Lisa Marie's followers on Twitter.

"That boy looks just like Elvis!�," shared another.

Despite being the spitting image of his grandfather, Benjamin remains a fiercely private figure. He has a couple of IMDb credits to his name, but it's not clear what he does for a living. His sister Riley is a moderately successful actor in her own right, appearing in Mad Max Fury Road, Magic Mike, and Logan Lucky.

Lisa Marie Presley, born in 1968, is the only child of Elvis Presley and actress Priscilla Presley, and the sole heir to her father's estate. She has been married and divorced four times, including high profile marriages to Michael Jackson and Nicolas Cage.

Riley and Benjamin are the children of her first husband Danny Keough, whom she divorced in 1994. 20 days after her divorce was finalised she married pop singer Michael Jackson, appearing in the music video for his 1995 single 'You are not alone'. Citing irreconcilable differences, Lisa Marie filed for divorce from Jackson, in January 1996.

She married Nicolas Cage on August 10, 2002. Cage filed for divorce on November 25, 2002, and the divorce was finalised in 2004.

Her twins Finley and Harper were born in 2008, two years after marrying their father record producer Michael Dean Lockwood. In 2016, Presley filed for divorce from Lockwood.

In 2017 Presley said her twin daughter had been taken into protective custody by the Department of Child and Family Services. Court documents revealed that she had opposed Lockwood's request for spousal support by claiming she found disturbing photos and videos of children on his computer.

Lockwood strongly rejected Ms Presley's claims.

"I am disgusted that (she) described unproven allegations about me...in a declaration that she filed in this court's publicly accessible records," he said in the legal documents.
