Elizabeth Hurley, 57, has got some amazing dance moves if her new Instagram video is anything to go by. The model and actress also wore a blue bikini with gold chain detail from her Elizabeth Hurley Swim line, showing off how strong she was while taking a dip in cold waters off of a boat somewhere sunny and warm.
'Do you hate people making a fuss getting into cold water? 😉,' she captioned the video.
Elizabeth has been on holiday and she hasn't been shy about sharing her warm weather must-have items—which aside from a cute bikini, include a hat and sunscreen, but, according to a previous interview, she only wears bikinis in 'private'.
Speaking on Susannah Constantine's podcast, My Wardrobe Malfunction, she said: 'Most people are fine lying down, but when they stand up they want to cover up, including me.
'I like to cover up a lot. I certainly wouldn't walk round a public beach parading in a bikini anymore. I'm much too old. But, privately, of course.'
Either way, she looks seriously strong in the bikini photos she's shared on social media, and when it comes to staying fit, Elizabeth prefers to get active outdoors. 'I do a lot of exercises, but it’s really the gardening…cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do,' she told Extra in 2019.
Liz also does some at-home exercises and goes on long hikes with her dogs, the actress shared with The Cut in 2017. Plus, she tries to stretch every day.
'I do the occasional yoga or Pilates class, but mostly it’s just self-exercise at home. I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises. I find it very hard for my schedule to regularly go anywhere else. It works very well for me.'
For her health, Elizabeth is also devoted to attending the VIVAMAYR Maria Wörth, a holistic luxury wellness resort in Austria, which according to the resort’s website, is a ‘personalised health concept’ promises to help visitors 'find your way to long-term health and a new quality of life' with the latest medical technologies and modern Mayr medicine.
She visited the resort back in February, and posted a photo of herself with a hurt ankle.
She also shared that she spent her time there doing 'detox, physio, infusions and footbaths.' Sounds like a good time to me!
In her day-to-day life, Elizabeth sticks to unprocessed foods. And she's all in on the home-grown stuff.
'I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives,' she told The Cut. 'When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that's grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables.'
Love to see it, Liz!
