Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's four-year-old son was bestowed with two very big duties at Princess Beatrice's wedding on Friday, 17 July.

Christopher Woolf "Wolfie" Mapelli Mozzi, from the groom's former relationship with ex-fiancée Dara Huang, was both best man and a page boy, Buckingham Palace confirmed.

Beatrice and Edoardo married in a small ceremony at The Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor, with the Royal Family Twitter account releasing official photographs from their wedding a day later.

In the first image, the happy couple can be seen emerging from the entrance of the chapel, which is adorned in pink and white flowers. In the second photo, the pair stand outside the chapel with the Queen and Prince Philip a safe distance away.

Although there are no photos of Wolfie on the day, no doubt the four-year-old looked very sweet fulfilling his special roles.

The palace announced that the royal bride's wedding dress was a vintage gown loaned by the Queen. Beatrice teamed the dress with a tiara also borrowed from the monarch, which Her Majesty wore on her wedding day in 1947.

The Queen Mary diamond fringe tiara was made for Queen Mary by E. Wolff and Co. for Garrard in 1919, and consists of diamonds set in gold and silver. It also features 47 diamond bars separated by smaller diamond spikes. The diamonds were not new, as they were a part of a piece made by Collingwood that Queen Victoria gave to Mary in 1893.

Beatrice's vintage dress was designed by Norman Hartnell, who also made the Queen's wedding dress and coronation gown.

The couple had planned to marry at the Chapel Royal of St James's Palace in May, but had to cancel the ceremony due to the coronavirus pandemic.

To thank the public for their warm wishes following their wedding, Beatrice and Edoardo released two additional photos from the ceremony on Sunday afternoon (19 July).

The latest photos feature the couple posing in the grounds at Royal Lodge shortly after exchanging vows, and walking hand-in-hand in the garden with Beatrice's childhood home visible in the background.
