Ed Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn welcome second baby
Ed Sheeran and wife Cherry Seaborn have become parents for the second time. Their first daughter, Lyra, was born back in 2020, but they've kept Seaborn's latest pregnancy on the down-low, until now.
Announcing this wonderful news on Instagram yesterday (19 May), the chart-topping singer-songwriter wrote: "Want to let you all know we've had another beautiful baby girl. We are both so in love with her, and over the moon to be a family of 4 x."
The post, which featured a picture of white baby socks, has already amassed over 1.4 million likes.
"Congrats Ed!! [can't] wait for the music you make that's inspired by her," said one person in the comments, while another wrote: "Omg Congratulations Ed and Cherry [heart emoji] Lyra will be the best big sister ever to your little baby girl."
A third person said: "Wow! Congratulations Ed and Cherry! So happy you have been blessed with another child!"
Another of the musician's followers replied: "Congratulations! You guys deserve THE BEST. Sending all beautiful wishes to your family Ed," while the one and only Pixie Lott came back with five heart emojis.
