Soggy salad is one of life's most annoying things to happen to us good people. One day you buy a bag of crisp, yummy looking leaves, and all it takes is just 24 hours of the bag being opened for the salad to start to get moister.
And no one wants a moist leaf in their salad.
No matter what you do in terms of resealing, the salad leaves just seem to deteriorate in front of your very eyes - and you probably end up throwing a lot of it away.
