Have you ever worked out, gone for a hike, or strung together any series of movements intense enough to make you want to chug a bottle of water? Congrats! You now have something in common with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

In our latest episode of our video series, "Explain This," the Red Notice actor got to talking about, what else? His gym routine. (Of course, the former WWE star also filled us in on the potential for Black Adam to fight Superman, his epic cheat meals, and his desire to play the next James Bond—more on that later.) If you're interviewing The Rock, you have to talk about his batshit fitness exploits. Which, as we learned, include peeing in used water bottles because most of the facilities he frequents do not have bathrooms.

"I usually stay pretty hydrated," Johnson says. "I need to go to the bathroom a lot. Not a lot, but probably a couple of times during a workout I have to go to the bathroom. So I break out the bottle."

Did we mention that Johnson told us that he wants to be the next 007? Apparently, his grandfather, Peter Maivia, showed up briefly as a villain in 1967's You Only Live Twice, which starred Sean Connery as the leading man. And Johnson didn't mince words when we got him talking about the future of the Bond franchise, which just saw Daniel Craig wrap up his tenure in the role. "I would like to follow in his footsteps and be the next Bond," he says. "I don't want to be a villain. You gotta be Bond."
