The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wished Prince Harry a happy birthday as he turns 37 years old today (15 September).

Prince William and Kate shared a smiling photo of Harry on their official Twitter account and Instagram stories. The caption read, “Happy Birthday Prince Harry” with the balloon emoji in celebration.

The Queen also sent her best wishes to her grandson with posts on her official social media accounts, including a selection of photographs.

The first showed Prince Harry laughing, while another was taken during a school visit where he is chatting to two pupils. There was also a photo taken alongside his wife, the Duchess of Sussex and a final image of Harry high-fiving a child during his work with organisations abroad.

The collection of images included the message, “Wishing The Duke of Sussex a happy birthday today!”

The Prince of Wales went for a personal angle with the photographs he chose to wish his son a happy 37th birthday. One photo showed a younger Prince Harry sitting alongside Prince Charles as the pair laughed together.

There was also a snap of the father and son while Harry is still a child, creating their handprints side-by-side at an official event.

Members of the public left comments on all three accounts wishing the Duke of Sussex the best on his birthday.

Earlier this year, Prince William and Prince Harry came together in London to unveil a new statue of their mother, the late Princess Diana. The ceremony took place in the Sunken Gardens of Hyde Park.
