It seems as if the Duchess of Sussex loves a workout. Back in her days running the now-defunct lifestyle blog, The Tig, it was clear how much the Duchess valued health and fitness as part of her everyday life.

And in her newly-released guest-edited edition of British Vogue, Meghan gave us a rare insight into a workout she absolutely loves.

In her guest editor's letter, Meghan details what she's put in the beauty section of the issue. The section, she describes, "puts its energy towards internal beauty, celebrating the power of breathing and meditation, and [includes] a favourite workout that urges you to use your heart as much as your core."

A favourite workout, you say? Now we're curious.

As soon as we got our hands on the fresh Vogue issue, we flicked straight to the wellness pages to find out what exercise class it is that's got Meghan so enamoured. And it's London-based fitness studio Heartcore's Ritual class.

"Heartcore's new Ritual class is a high-energy, cardio-based mat workout incorporating elements of yoga, Pilates and barre," the description in Vogue reads.

Pre-royal status, Meghan spoke a lot in interviews about why she loves the practice of yoga. "Yoga is my thing," she once told Best Health. "There are so many benefits that come with the practice of yoga... increased flexibility and muscle strength, greater happiness, increased mental focus, a greater ability to relax, decreased anxiety and better sleep.

According to royal expert Katie Nicholl, yoga is the main exercise the Duchess of Sussex has been doing since having baby Archie. "She has been taking it easy," Nicholl said to ET. "And I hear that yoga is very much on her post-birth fitness regime, nothing too strenuous."

Heartcore is currently only based in London (sorry, folks) where they have 10 different locations - including one in Kensington, which is probably where Meghan first became acquainted with the Ritual class she loves so much, back when she was living in Kensington Palace.

The fitness studio describes its Ritual workout as "an energetic, powerful mat-based workout experience built on the principles of the physical and mindful benefits of Pilates, Yoga and Barre.

"Musically driven and infused with a dynamic flow of toning and conditioning moves, this class inspires endless spiritual muscle growth building awareness, resilience and renewed strength. Transforming, challenging and enlightening it'll quickly take you beyond your believed physical and mental limitations. Expect immersion on every level, upbeat vibes and a real 10/10 feel-good from the heart!"

As exercises classes go, this one actually sounds pretty tempting.
