This is how the Duchess of Sussex mastered beach chic
The Duchess of Sussex's first beach outfit worn during the Australia royal tour may have felt more akin to what most of us wear to the office rather than a day at the seaside, but her second beach ensemble was a far more relaxed affair.
The royal started off in a pair of black espadrille wedges by Spanish brand Castaner, then ditched them to go barefoot as she started walking across the sands of Bondi Beach. The style, which are popular among fashion influencers, are still available to buy in black, as well as in white and yellow, via Net-a-Porter, priced at £80.
She chose a maxi dress by Australian brand Martin Grant, the designer behind the trench coat she was pictured in earlier this week. The striped style, which is available to pre-order at Moda Operandi for £1,080, features a knife pleat skirt and a straight sleeveless neckline. She accessorised with a Lei flower garland.
Meghan and Harry met with a local, non-profit surfing community group OneWave early on Friday morning. The group aims to tackle mental health issues through "saltwater therapy, surfing and fluro". The royal couple sat in the "anti-bad vibe circle" with surfers and discussed the positive work.
