Everything we know about the Duchess of Sussex's baby shower
The Duchess of Sussex's closest friends threw her a baby shower in New York City this week, which was attended by the likes of Serena Williams, Amal Clooney and Suits star Abigail Spencer.
From the location to the guest list, here is everything we know about Meghan's sweet celebration.
The location
The baby shower took place at The Mark Hotel in NYC, which was also where the duchess was staying during the five-day trip.
On Tuesday, Meghan was seen leaving the hotel in the morning, before stopping off at various spots around the city, including for dinner at Polo Bar, Ralph Lauren's restaurant, where she met up with Serena Williams. She was also seen returning there with her former Suits co-star and close friend Abigail Spencer.
During the day, Meghan looked glamorous in black jeans, nude heels, a nude Carolina Herrera handbag and a Courrèges Haute Couture black trapeze coat. She added Le Specs sunglasses and some Hollywood waves to her look.
For her evening look, she opted for a wool Victoria Beckham coat and some heeled boots.
The next day, a number of her friends were spotted arriving at the hotel for the private party – as well as plenty of deliveries, which were assumed to be for the event.
The guest list
A number of famous faces were pictures arriving for Meghan's shower, which is rumoured to have been organised by Serena Williams.
Actress Abigail Spencer, fashion designer Misha Nonoo and stylist Jessica Mulroney were all spotted on their way in, as was Amal Clooney.
Meghan's return to London
The duchess was seen boarding a private jet on Wednesday evening after spending a total of five days in the US for the special celebrations with her closest friends, while Harry remained in London.
For her journey home, she wore a camel coat, an Ingrid & Isabel zip-up top and leggings and a pair of Adidas trainers, with a Jennifer Meyer 'Mommy' necklace, believed to have been a baby shower gift from one of her friends.
Meanwhile, back in London, the duke was seen in Streatham on Tuesday to learn more about the Fit and Fed campaign, which aims to provide children and young people with free access to activity and a nutritious lunch at school and during the holidays.
The couple are expected to travel to Morocco on Saturday for a short official trip.
