The Duchess of Edinburgh shows how to wear pink this spring
The Duchess of Edinburgh (formerly Sophie, Countess of Wessex) embraced spring in a pink blazer for a visit to Brockhill Park Performing Arts College in Kent on Wednesday (26 April), for an animal care lesson.
For the visit, the Duchess opted for a pink checked blazer with black buttons which she paired with a stylish white shirt and black tailored trousers. To accessorise, she added a matching monochrome belt.
According to the post on the Royal Family's instagram, the Duchess was launching the first ever LEAF Gold Demonstration School at Brockhill Park Performing Arts College. It explained that the college had been awarded for its commitment to using food production, farming, and the environment as part of its broad and balanced curriculum.
The Duchess of Edinburgh is president of LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming), which is the leading organisation delivering more sustainable food and farming in the UK.
In the photo, The Duchess can be seen enjoying an animal care lesson with a fellow student, who is petting a cow.
Opting for a high street pick, The Duchess wore the Pop Check Slim Boyfriend Jacket by Me+EM, which is available in sizes 4 to 16 and is £295.
A blazer is a capsule wardrobe staple that looks great with any outfits. Pair with a gorgeous flowy midi dress and flats for a stylish wedding guest look or wear with jeans for a casual-chic weekend fit.
