The Duchess of Cambridge is undertaking a royal engagement today – and for the first time we already know what she'll be wearing in advance.
Catherine has pre-recorded a video message for the online classroom network Oak National Academy, and will be speaking about the importance of 'spreading a little kindness' as she leads their weekly assembly to students all over the country, who are learning at home, later.
Charity Young Minds shared a snippet of the Duchess' message, in which she says: 'Talking to someone, whether it's a friend, family member, or teacher, is something you can do to make yourself feel that little bit better. And you can also play your part in helping others to feel better too, whether offering a friendly ear, or helping someone in need. Small acts of kindness can go such a long way. But as we help others, we mustn’t forget to nurture ourselves, by taking the time to focus on the things that make us feel happy too.'

In the short clip, Catherine is wearing a printed midi dress from one of her favourite high street stores: M&S.
Ever thrifty, Kate's printed dress is just £39.50 and currently available in every size from six to 22 in both regular and long.
